Poke Chart – Positions for Pokémon GO app for iPhone and iPad

Poke Chart is an app that works as an assistant to help you view all of the nearby Pokémon in your area that have been discovered by yourself and other players who are playing the popular game “Pokémon GO”.

You can quickly find a specific Pokémon’s location by clicking on Filter button, or submit a new location to the map to help others.

However, each and every location you submit to the map will be received a thumbs-up or thumbs-down. The more thumbs-up your submission receives, the more it will be displayed on the map, and vice versa. This is to guarantee that no one is going to spam the system with false locations.

Since this app is driven by its community, it’s possible that there may not be Pokémon locations in your area, still you can go out and mark the locations of Pokémon youve found to help other players in your area.
